Propel Co:Labs Fitness Festival Los Angeles Recap

The Propel Co:Labs Fitness Festival in Los Angeles was nothing short of amazing. I have to admit, I kind of thought the price tag was a bit heavy, even with the discount code.  But it entirely surpassed my expectations.  There was so much attention to detail.  Everything from lockers that charge your phone (yes, the charger was included, too!), to Supergoop, hair ties, and deodorant everywhere you turned; the amount of thought put into this event really impressed me.  And at the end of the day, I was super honored to be a part of such a meticulously planned event.

My morning started off with yogurt bowls, fresh fruit and hair braiding.  Unlike other festivals I have been to, the Propel Co:Labs Fitness Festival had multiple braiders on-site and getting in and out was super easy!

I took a quick photo with the other influencers, did a short tour of the festival, then I was off to my first class for the day!

Since Saturday is usually my yoga and wellness day, I picked my class schedule to perfectly reflect that.  My first class was live meditation.  It had been a long time since I've meditated with something other than an app on my iPhone, and I definitely needed it.  I appreciated that this event didn't only have intense workouts, but also had lots of options for mental health as well.

Then it was off to explore!  This was 100% the most "Instagramable" event I had ever been to.  There was inspiration everywhere you turned.

I love that the event felt big enough to feel like you got your money's worth, but also small enough to run into people everywhere you turn.  I even ran into Claudia Park, who won the ticket I was giving away on my Instagram account.

Next, I was off to yoga with Playlist Yoga.  I had been to Playlist Yoga before, so I kind of knew what to expect.  But it was the first time I was taking a class with them since I started teaching yoga, and it was cool to see the different types of cues they use.  P.S. I also appreciated the Jade Yoga mats that were provided (I'm telling you guys --- so much attention to detail!!!)

Perhaps the best part of my day though, was being able to spend time with my girl, Jamaica.  The two of us workout out a lot together, plan events together, and even vacation together, but the Propel Co:Labs Fitness Festival definitely felt like I was getting quality time with her.  Sure, we were working out, but since we had lots of gaps in between our workouts and I felt like that gave us the time to sit and really talk and catch up; something we don't always get to do.

My last and final workout was with Daya x Modelfit!

I'll have to admit, I didn't realize how cool it would be to workout to live music.  It made the class feel intimate, almost like I was getting a personal serenade from Daya during my workout.  Daya even picked up some weights and did some of the workout with us -- which I thought was pretty cool, apparently upper body is her jam!!!

Then it was time for a group photo, and just like that, this amazing day came to its end.

If you are hesitating to buy a ticket to this event, I'm telling you, it is 100% worth it.  It's just slightly more than the price of just ONE SoulCycle class and an experience like no other.
